These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of gocastian.com and the related forms, scheduling pages, text messages, and communications (together, the "Services") provided by Castian Financial Group (Castian Financial Group LLC), also referred to as "Castian," "we," "us," or "our." By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who Can Use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. Insurance products are offered only in states where our agents are properly licensed, and not every product is available in every state.

2. Who We Are and What We Do

Castian is a team of independent licensed insurance agents. Our agents are contracted with insurance companies through Eterna Insurance Solutions, our partner insurance marketing organization (IMO). We help you understand options and apply for insurance products issued by third-party insurance companies ("carriers"). We are not an insurance company, and we do not issue policies, set premiums, or make underwriting decisions.

Our agents are paid commissions on the policies they sell. Carriers pay these commissions to our partner IMO, which pays our agents. You may ask us about how we are compensated at any time.

3. Information Only, Not Advice

Content on our website is general and educational. It is not legal, tax, investment, or financial planning advice, and it does not take your personal situation into account. Please talk with a licensed professional about your specific needs. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell securities.

4. No Guarantee of Coverage or Pricing

• Coverage is never in effect until a carrier approves your application, issues a policy, and any required first premium is paid.
• Any quote, estimate, or illustration is not a guarantee. Final eligibility, rates, and terms are set by the carrier and may differ.
• Your policy documents, not our website or conversations, control your coverage, benefits, limitations, and exclusions.
• You are responsible for giving complete and truthful answers on any application. Inaccurate information can lead to a denied claim or a cancelled policy.

5. Consultations and Scheduling

Consultations may be booked through third-party scheduling tools such as Calendly, which have their own terms. Booking a consultation does not create an obligation for you to buy anything, and it does not mean you have been approved for any product.

6. Text Message (SMS) Terms

By checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Castian Financial Group at the mobile number you provided, including appointment reminders, follow-ups, alerts, and occasional marketing. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
• To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, including that we do not share your mobile opt-in information with third parties for their marketing.

7. Career and Agent Opportunities

Information about joining our team is for general interest only. It is not an offer of employment or a contract. Agent opportunities are typically independent contractor (1099) arrangements, and a state insurance license and carrier appointments are required before selling. We make no promise or guarantee of income or earnings. Results depend on individual effort, skill, market conditions, and other factors, and many people earn little or nothing.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit false information or information about another person without their permission, interfere with or try to gain unauthorized access to the Services, use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the website, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

The Castian name, logo, website design, text, and graphics are owned by or licensed to Castian and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, or reuse our content or branding without our written permission.

10. Third-Party Websites and Tools

The Services may link to or use third-party websites and tools, such as carrier sites and scheduling platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

You agree to hold Castian harmless from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.
